Dishwasher/Food Prep

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Weekend Dishwasher to support our kitchen team by maintaining clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen areas during busy weekend shifts. The ideal candidate works efficiently, follows sanitation standards, and contributes to a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station Take out trash and recycling as needed Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies in designated areas Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Support kitchen staff with additional cleaning tasks during busy periods Qualifications Ability to work weekends, including evenings and holidays if needed Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required Schedule Part-time weekend position Typical shifts include Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays Skills Teamwork and communication Time management Dependability Ability to multitask under pressure Work Environment This role operates in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, moisture, and cleaning chemicals. Proper safety procedures and protective equipment are required.
