Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This position is vital to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Operate industrial dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils and equipment. Ensure all dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before use. Organize cleaned dishes and utensils for storage. Empty trash containers regularly. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen floors, equipment, and walls. Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, such as food preparation and storage.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
