$14-$16 per Full-time and part-time available About Us 100 Proof Hospitality is a growing Idaho Falls restaurant group behind local favorites like The Snakebite and XVIII . We run busy, professional restaurants where every position matters, including the dish team. A strong dishwasher keeps the kitchen moving, supports the cooks, and helps the restaurant operate smoothly. Position Overview We are hiring a dependable Dishwasher / Kitchen Utility Team Member to join our team. This is a fast-paced, physical position that requires consistency, urgency, and a good attitude. The right person shows up on time, works clean, moves with purpose, and takes pride in being part of a solid kitchen crew. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep the dish area clean, organized, and moving efficiently Take out trash and maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas Sweep, mop, and assist with general kitchen cleaning Support the kitchen team during busy service Follow food safety and sanitation standards Help with basic prep or kitchen tasks when needed Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling Opportunities to grow into prep, line cook, or other kitchen roles A professional restaurant group with multiple concepts Team-focused work environment Schedule Evening and weekend availability is important.
