Fridays & saturdays are a must! In this role, you will be a key player in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Your efforts will help ensure smooth service operations, and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working in a dynamic setting, eager to learn, and dedicated to providing excellent support behind the scenes. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly to keep the dining area inviting and ready for new guests. Assist with bussing duties by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently. Support food preparation tasks when needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas by washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools according to health standards. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours. Qualifications Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues. Willingness to learn new skills related to food service, catering, or kitchen operations. Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.
