Responsibilities Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to meet health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and supporting kitchen staff during busy service periods Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards Collaborate with food service staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service needs Follow proper food handling procedures and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
