In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, assisting with food preparation, and supporting the culinary team to deliver exceptional service. Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to uphold cleanliness standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning items under supervision Support catering and banquet events by preparing ingredients and maintaining cleanliness throughout service Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas to promote a safe working environment Buss tables promptly during service to keep dining areas tidy and ready for guests Help with general kitchen organization, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste properly Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards is a plus Experience in catering or banquet settings enhances your ability to support large events effectively Kitchen or culinary experience—including hotel or hospitality settings—demonstrates your ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow directions are essential for success in this role Join us if you're passionate about supporting culinary excellence through diligent cleaning, food prep, and exceptional hospitality!
