About Us:
Roll Up by Oui Concept is a new hand roll bar blending Japanese culinary traditions with French design aesthetics. Located in Chicago's South Loop, we offer a cozy and elevated dining experience. Our focus is on delivering freshly prepared hand rolls directly to our guests in an intimate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas. Clear and reset tables promptly. Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed. Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Authorized to work in the U.S. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Food Handler Certificate (or ServSafe Food Handler). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Flexibility to assist in various back-of-house tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Familiarity with Japanese cuisine or hand roll preparation. Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) - preferred but not mandatory. What We Offer 50%
