Experience and Qualifications:

• Dishwasher:

  Must have availability to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons and evenings.
• Dishwasher is responsible in keeping the restaurant clean, this includes sweeping, mopping and wiping walls cleans.

• Dishwasher:

  Must be able to frequently carry up to 20 lbs. while going up and down stairs during the shift.

• Dishwasher:

  Operate dish machine fluently: changing chemicals, taking apart and cleaning.
• Must be able to stack, walk and move during entire shift including frequent bending and stooping.

Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Prepare meals and Food to meet the Chef's specifications Keeping workstation and equipment clean, organized and sanitized Ensure proper food temperatures when cooking and proper handling of food at all times. Use of kitchen knives and equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers and warmers Stocking and setting up kitchen stations Nightly cleaning and closing procedures

• Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate for this role.
