Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use during events or large groups. Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area by regularly cleaning sinks, counters, and equipment to promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure timely delivery of clean dishware for service needs. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards at all times. Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by demonstrating reliability, efficiency, and a proactive attitude in all tasks. Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with basic kitchen tasks such as bussing tables, food prep, or cleaning is advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation standards. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
