Responsibilities Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service times Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Support catering and banquet setups by organizing serving ware and ensuring all items are clean and ready for service Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene compliance across all tasks Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service to promote a smooth customer experience Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal as needed Skills Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues Basic understanding of food preparation and catering operations is a plus Experience with banquet or hotel service environments can enhance your fit for this role Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks seamlessly in a busy kitchen setting Join us in creating memorable dining moments by keeping our kitchen running smoothly!
