Job Description

Dishwasher Boulder Ridge Country Club Lake in the Hills, Illinois Boulder Ridge Country Club, part of the Heritage Golf Group portfolio, is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our Food & Beverage team. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting daily club dining operations, banquets, and special events. The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Position Summary The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment while assisting with general kitchen cleanliness and organization. This role helps ensure the kitchen operates efficiently and complies with all health and safety standards. Essential Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines and manual methods as needed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing areas, kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas. Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment. Empty trash and recycling containers and assist with kitchen cleanup throughout shifts. Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries when needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Support kitchen and Food & Beverage teams during busy service periods and club events. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
