$17.00-20.00/hour, commensurate with experience and education.

Role Summary:
The Dishwasher maintains an immaculate and efficient kitchen by cleaning all dishware, China, crystal and silver, pots and pans, and stocking cleaning products, emptying trash bins and replacing garbage bags, assists in break down and cleanliness of buffets.
Responsibilities:
Properly wash, clean and dry dishes according to health department guidelines. Sets up station and ensures that the work area is operated in an efficient manner. Restock items as needed throughout the shift. Supports all training of other staff members as needed. Informs supervisor of any kitchen equipment or machinery that is not working properly. Assists in the cleaning, sanitation and organization or kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas. Follows all CGG departmental policies and procedures. Performs all related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Experience:
One-year of experience as a Dishwasher preferred. Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures. Illinois food handlers certificate strongly preferred. Ability to work in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. Must have a neat and clean appearance and uniform.
