This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Every day, the dishwashers contribute to the top-notch dining experience that ClarkLindsey's residents enjoy. What You'll Do Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, trays, and kitchen equipment, primarily using commercial dishwashing equipment Maintain cleanliness of dish room, kitchen floors, and work areas Transport supplies and waste as needed Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures Support kitchen team with basic cleaning and set-up tasks Perform other duties as assigned Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position is physically active and requires the ability to: Work around hot water and loud equipment in a fast-paced kitchen environment Stand and walk for several hours per shift Push, pull, lift, and carry items such as racks, carts, and bus tubs Lift up to 40-50 lbs on a regular basis Bend, reach, stoop, and use hands repetitively throughout the shift Requires sufficient visual acuity to safely operate equipment, read displays and instructions, and verify cleanliness.
