This role ensures all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and organized, supporting efficient kitchen operations and adherence to food safety standards. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen workspace Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently Restock clean items to appropriate stations in a timely manner Assist with basic cleaning tasks, including floors, trash removal, and sanitation of surfaces Support kitchen team as needed to ensure smooth service Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Requirements Valid Food Handler's Certification Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
