Duties Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling ingredients as needed Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are clean and inviting for guests Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping floors, wiping surfaces, and disposing of waste properly Help with setup and breakdown of catering events or banquet functions when required Follow all food handling safety protocols to ensure hygiene and compliance with health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food service operations
