Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher Aide, where your energy and attention to cleanliness will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques and tools. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies and handling ingredients as directed by kitchen staff. Support catering events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use during banquets or large functions. Help with bussing tables and clearing service areas during meal times to facilitate smooth operations. Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall cleanliness and organization of the food service environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key! Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm. Strong attention to detail to ensure all dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting the culinary team. Knowledge of catering or banquet experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Prior experience in hotel or culinary environments can be advantageous for growth within our hospitality team.
