Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Responsibilities The Renaissance is a beautiful, unique place. We really focus on the guests experience with Modern Italian course dining. The Renaissance must be seen to be believed. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher & Prep Cook to join our team at The Renaissance Cafe. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring all dishes, pots, and utensils are properly washed and sanitized. Additionally, you'll assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, prepping ingredients, and keeping the kitchen organized. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting a dynamic kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Assist with food prep, including chopping, peeling, and measuring ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas. Dispose of trash and handle kitchen waste efficiently. Assist chefs and kitchen staff with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements :

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
