Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and dishwashing areas to meet health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies when needed Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and prepared in advance Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours Restock dishwashing supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly to supervisors Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is key Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm Strong attention to detail to ensure all dishes are spotless and equipment is properly maintained Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting the culinary team Basic understanding of kitchen operations such as bussing, food preparation, and serving is advantageous Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and guests Join us as a Dishwasher and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
