Dishwasher Tallgrass Tap House Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen environment. As a Dishwasher, you will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, contributing to the overall success of our food service operations. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. Assist kitchen staff with food preparation as needed, and helping cooks during busy service times. Ensure that all food handling procedures are followed to maintain health and safety standards. Organize clean dishes and kitchen supplies for easy access by culinary staff. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and kitchen sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
