Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently. Support the catering and banquet teams by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for events. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, floors, and storage spaces. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food service operations during busy hours or special events. Adhere to health and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment for all team members. Requirements Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential! Familiarity with food handling, cleaning protocols, and basic kitchen operations is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
