Register/Dish Washer/Food Prep

Overview:

Duties:

• Wash dishes flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment
• Ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
• Assist with food preparation and handling when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in restaurant
• Empty trash containers regularly
• Follow proper food safety and handling procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
• take customer orders
• clean tables and lobby
• handle register duties
• prepare customer orders

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
