ABOUT THE CLUBHOUSE

The Mammoth Clubhouse is Wichita's newest obsession. We're part competitive playground, part neighborhood hangout, and entirely unlike anything Wichita has seen before. Pure Putt, Flight Deck, a self-pour beer wall, and elevated food, all under one roof and all turned up. No spectators. No sidelines. Everyone plays. We believe elite isn't exclusive, competition is community, and a great time starts with a great pour and a plate worth coming back for. This is not your average sports bar. THE ROLE

The Dishwasher is the backbone of the kitchen. No clean plates, no service. No clean pans, no prep. Every department in this building depends on what you do, and when you do it well, the whole operation runs better. This is an entry-level role with real impact. We are looking for someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in keeping the kitchen running clean.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Wash, sanitize, and return all dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment continuously throughout the shift. The kitchen never waits on a clean pan. Operate the commercial dishwasher safely and efficiently. Monitor water temperature, chemical levels, and machine performance and report any issues immediately. Maintain a clean and organized dish station, pot sink, and surrounding areas at all times. Support the kitchen team by removing trash, breaking down boxes, sweeping and mopping floors, and keeping the back-of-house clean throughout service. Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries as needed. Complete opening and closing cleaning duties as assigned and leave the kitchen ready for the next team.

WHAT YOU BRING 16

years of age or older. No experience required. We will train the right teammate. Ability to move quickly and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment. Reliable, punctual, and accountable. The kitchen counts on you every shift. A team-first attitude and genuine willingness to do whatever the kitchen needs. Flexible schedule. Nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the game.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Significant standing throughout each shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Exposure to heat, cold storage, cleaning chemicals, and commercial kitchen equipment. Wet and slippery surfaces are constant. Slip-resistant footwear required. Facility has intermittent noise.

Pay:

$13.00 - $18.00 per hour
