Duties Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a steady flow of service during busy hours Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met Assist with food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or basic plating support when needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Support catering and banquet setups by transporting dishes and assisting with cleanup afterward Handle food handling responsibilities in accordance with health regulations to ensure safe food practices Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to uphold a seamless dining experience for guests Skills Strong knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation practices Experience in bussing or supporting food service operations in restaurants or hotels Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Basic cooking or food preparation skills are a plus for supporting kitchen tasks Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in fast-paced environments Familiarity with catering or banquet experience enhances versatility in supporting various events Knowledge of hospitality standards to contribute effectively to guest satisfaction This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
