Job Description

Salad/Dish Station — Hiring Now Wheated — Louisville, KY We are hiring a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team.
MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN DISH

operate in an open kitchen as a Team
  • no head phones, no hoodies, proper work attire
  • no slip shoes, you will be helping run clean dish to the dining room. Schedule Required Wednesday
  • Sunday nights 4:30 PM start 3
  • 4 shifts per week to start
  • (approx 16-20 hrs, up to 25-30 after 60 days) If you cannot work these nights and times, do not apply.
Requirements Extremely reliable + punctual Strong work ethic — takes pride in staying busy + productive Be able to lift 50 lbs Detail-oriented and organized Able to work fast, clean, and stay calm during service Legal to work in the U.S. — on-the-books only Kitchen experience required (prep, dish, or food-handling) As your reliability is proven, additional opportunities will be provided Attitude + consistency matter Run dish station efficiently (clean, organized, steady pace Light prep work as needed Maintain clean workspaces + follow food-safety standards Work as part of a small, tight-knit team Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay After 30 days become part of our bonus structure that rewards reliability and team work for our BOH members
