Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Assist with food preparation tasks as requested Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours Contribute to overall restaurant cleanliness by participating in cleaning duties beyond dishwashing as required Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
