Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold health standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep or assembling simple dishes when needed Support the kitchen team during busy service times by bussing tables and clearing used dishware from dining areas Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, including sinks, counters, and storage areas Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance Help with cleaning kitchen floors, surfaces, and equipment to keep the workspace safe and sanitary Support catering events or banquet setups by providing clean dishes and assisting with setup or cleanup as required Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy loads of dishes or supplies Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during high-volume periods Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Basic understanding of kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Join us in creating a vibrant atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
