What you'll do Be on time and reliable Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure a hygienic workspace. Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients as needed. Support banquet and catering events by ensuring all service items are clean and ready for use. Buss tables promptly to keep dining areas tidy and inviting for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain high standards of quality. Participate in regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
