Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans to meet health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or handling ingredients when needed Support catering events and banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with cleanup efforts Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for food service and food handling activities Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to uphold environmental standards Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to promote a hygienic environment Experience Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
