Job Description
Job Overview This is an Evening Position Thursday-Saturday 3:00-9:00 PM Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed Support food preparation tasks such as basic chopping or assembling ingredients when required Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times Help with catering setups or banquet services during events or special functions Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene standards Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is highly desirable Familiarity with kitchen cleaning protocols and sanitation practices Experience with food preparation, bussing, or basic cooking is a plus Knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service principles is beneficial Prior culinary or banquet experience can be advantageous for certain roles within the team This position requires a reliable individual committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a busy culinary setting. Candidates should be adaptable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.
