Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our hospitality team at a busy hotel. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen. If you have experience in food preparation and food service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, and pans in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Load and unload dishwashers, ensuring they are properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Help with food preparation and presentation by assisting with bussing and plating dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and taking out the trash.
  • Assist with food handling and storage, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure dishes are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Skills:
  • Experience in food preparation and food service.
  • Knowledge of food handling and storage procedures.
  • Familiarity with restaurant and hotel operations.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as pots and pans.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Experience in hospitality and customer service is a plus.
