Hale Street Tavern is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and supporting our culinary staff during service. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area Follow food safety and sanitation standards Take out trash and recycling as needed Support kitchen staff during service as needed What We Offer Competitive starting pay $17 - $19 Flexible scheduling Opportunity for growth within the restaurant Supportive team environment Employee meals/discounts
Requirements:
Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience preferred, but not required Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be able to Work Saturday and Sunday doubles
