Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is spotless and ready for service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service hours. Follow food handling safety standards and sanitation protocols diligently to uphold health regulations. Restock dishware and supplies as required to keep the kitchen well-equipped for daily operations. Experience Previous experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
