Dishwasher

The Position:

The Dishwasher at Fireside Catering, is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by cleaning and washing dishes, glasseware, utensils, pots, and pans. The Dishwasher ensures that all kitchen equipment is sanitized, stored properly and ready for use by other event staff. The Dishwasher is expected to fully support the team and may help with many other tasks as directed by the shift supervisor. Part time hours available in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans Hand-wash items that cannot be cleaned by the machine Dry and stack dishes and other items in appropriate storage areas Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly sanitized, stored and ready for use by other kitchen staff Sweep and mop the kitchen floor and take out the trash as needed. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:
