Dishwasher/Food Prep

We're Hiring! We're looking to hire an individual to fill a dishwashing/salad prep/portioning position! You would primarily be working as a dishwasher but other duties include portioning, preparing salads and desserts and a final sweeping and mopping of the kitchen. It is a fast paced kitchen, and teamwork and communication are key to the position. Shifts would vary Tuesdays-Sunday, and would be mostly closing shifts (Kitchen closes at 9 most days, 10 on Friday and Saturday so no later than 10 or 11 on weekends) so your own transportation is a must. Approximately 20-25 hours a week.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Follow proper food handling procedures
• Prepping food during slower periods for service
• Cleaning of kitchen at end of night
