Role:

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team! This is a hybrid role & is seasonal. The ideal candidate would also have some interest in learning as Cook I to help on the line during service. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and our guests happy. You'll be responsible for cleaning and organizing all kitchenware, helping maintain a tidy workspace, and supporting kitchen staff as needed.

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and hazard-free Take out trash and recycling, and maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors and surfaces Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries Support cooks and kitchen team with basic prep or tasks as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Team player with a positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
