Job Description
The primary responsibilities of a Utility Aide include stocking of supplies, dish washing, daily sanitation, and the care and cleaning of equipment, kitchen, and storage areas. Removes trash and maintains sanitation standards throughout the department. Assists in basic food preparation as assigned. Follows all established Food Safety & Sanitation guidelines. Performs other related duties as assigned including assisting other departments.
Responsibilities :
Stocking of Supplies:
Receives and stores paper goods and food supplies rotating product and organizing in a neat and efficient manner.Dish Washing:
Washes all dishes, pots, pans and utensils utilizing proper guidelines for soaps, sanitizing and temperature.Daily Sanitation:
Cleaning equipment, wiping counters and equipment, sweeping and mopping floors in kitchen and storage areas. Follows established guidelines for project work including the care and cleaning of equipment.Food Preparation:
Assists cooks as needed in basic food preparation following established food safety guidelines.- Removes Trash
- Maintains sanitation standards throughout department
- Assists in basic food preparation as assigned including donut making and rotisserie chicken preparation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned including assisting other departments.
- Maintains proper dress and adheres to company policies.
Requirements:
- Must be available evenings
- Must be 18 years or older to handle slicer and other equipment
- Prolonged standing/walking
- Moderate strenuous physical effort (Lift/carry up to 50lbs frequently)
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and established procedures
- On the job training provided
