Dishwasher/Busser

Cibo Dishwasher •

Dishwashing & Sanitation:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand, ensuring all items comply with sanitation standards. •

Station Management:

Set up and maintain clean, organized, and safe dishwashing stations and wash areas •

Cleaning & Maintenance:

Clean and sanitize food service areas, including kitchen floors, mats, walls, reach-in coolers, and walk-in refrigerator. •

Trash Removal:

Monitor, empty, and clean trash cans throughout the shift and at closing. •

Storage & Restocking:

Sort, stack, and transport clean items to appropriate storage areas and workstations throughout the entirety of your shift. Required Skills & Physical Requirements •

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50-60 lbs, say. •

Environmental Adaptability:

Willingness to work in high-temperature, loud, and damp environments. •

Efficiency:

Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks to keep up with fast-paced service. •

Teamwork:

Ability to work effectively with kitchen staff and servers. Job Type • full-time or part-time, frequently requiring nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
