Job Summary Experienced Dishwasher For Monday through Saturday Toscana Restaurant at Bourbon St in Peabody is looking for a reliable and motivated Dishwasher to join our dynamic hospitality team from Monday through Saturday. In this role, you will be an essential part of maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Your efforts will help ensure that food service runs smoothly and that our guests enjoy a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about supporting culinary operations, has a keen eye for cleanliness, and is eager to contribute to a positive team environment. Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards. Help with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing workstations to uphold health regulations. Organize and store clean items properly to ensure easy access for kitchen staff. Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols diligently to prevent contamination. Contribute to the smooth operation of catering events or banquet setups by assisting with dishware and utensil management. Ability to stand in one place for long periods of time. Must be able to lift in upwards of 50lbs. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is required. Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues. Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety practices.
