The Pinehills, Plymouth, MAAbout Us:
Rye Tavern is a farm-to-table restaurant committed to seasonally-driven cuisine and culinary craftsmanship. We work with local purveyors, cook with intention, and take pride in technique from our charcoal grill to our house-made charcuterie.
The Position:
We're hiring line cooks for multiple stations. Full-time positions are our priority, but part-time opportunities are also available for the right candidates.
What You'll Do:
Execute high-quality dishes across multiple stations (grill, saut , garde manger, etc.)Maintain consistency in preparation, cooking, and platingWork with seasonal ingredients and house-made componentsPrep mise en place and maintain station organizationCollaborate with the culinary team to uphold our standardsAdapt to a dynamic, high-volume environment
What We're Looking For:
Experience preferred, but we'll train passionate, dedicated cooks at any levelStrong knife skills and fundamental cooking techniquesAbility to work clean, fast, and efficiently under pressureTeam-oriented attitude and willingness to learnFlexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysPassion for quality food and restaurant craft
What We Offer:
