Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients when needed Support catering and pop-up events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, floors, and surrounding areas to meet health and safety standards Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during busy service hours to enhance guest experience Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety compliance at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth operations during peak hours or special events Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with food handling, cleaning protocols, and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen setting Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the shift Willingness to learn new skills such as basic food prep or assisting with catering setups Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in a fast-paced environment Prior banquet or hotel experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Embark on a rewarding journey in the culinary world by applying your skills as a Dishwasher!
