Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available Job Summary Camp Marshall is seeking dependable, hardworking, and positive individuals to join our summer team as Kitchen Porters. This role is essential to keeping our camp kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout the summer season. Kitchen Porters work closely with kitchen staff to support meal preparation, maintain sanitation standards, and help create a safe and welcoming dining experience for campers and staff. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment and being part of a fun summer camp community. Responsibilities Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and work surfaces Assist with food preparation and kitchen setup as needed Take out trash and recycling and maintain waste disposal areas Restock supplies and assist with inventory organization Support kitchen staff during meal service Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Help maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Fun and supportive summer camp environment Opportunity to work with a dedicated team Flexible scheduling options Valuable food service and hospitality experience Staff meals provided during shifts About Camp Marshall Camp Marshall is a nonprofit summer camp and community organization dedicated to providing engaging programs and positive experiences for children and families throughout Central Massachusetts.
