Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations by regularly cleaning work surfaces, sinks, and storage areas Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing ingredients and prepping items for cooking or service Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards in the kitchen environment Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service times to ensure a smooth flow of operations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes and maintain overall cleanliness Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or culinary environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong attention to detail when cleaning and organizing kitchen tools and surfaces Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude; willingness to assist with various duties as needed Basic understanding of food preparation, catering, banquet service, or kitchen operations is a plus Commitment to maintaining a safe, hygienic work environment in compliance with health regulations Join us as a Dishwasher and be part of a lively team that values dedication, teamwork, and hospitality!
