Responsibilities Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items under supervision Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring timely delivery of prepared food items Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations Help with bussing tables during service hours to keep dining areas tidy and inviting Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key Knowledge of basic food handling, cleaning procedures, and sanitation standards Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong attention to detail when cleaning dishes, kitchen equipment, and workspaces Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary staff Familiarity with food preparation or banquet experience is a plus but not required Commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment at all times Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by keeping our kitchens running smoothly!
