Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our kitchen operations. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, food handling, and culinary support, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Prior restaurant, catering, or hotel experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning Support kitchen staff with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Help with basic food preparation for banquets or catering events as needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations through regular cleaning routines Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance Assist in setting up and breaking down catering or banquet services when required Skills Experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to perform basic cooking and food preparation tasks Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and servers Flexibility to adapt to various roles within the kitchen or dining area as needed This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills and gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry.
