Dishwasher

We are looking for a Dishwasher/Utility for a Full-Time position to be part of our team in our RíRá Irish Pub & Restaurant in Portland, Maine!

• Starting pay is $18
• $20 an hour based on experience

• You have experience in a high-volume, full-service scratch kitchen What You Will be Doing
• Keeping work station clean, organized and inspection ready at all times
• Working with a high temperature dish machine to clean plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans and kitchen utensils
• Manually cleaning pots, pans, kitchen utensils and equipment as required
• Adhering to all Company SOP's with regards to health & sanitation
• Maintaining trash and grease storage areas
• Deep cleaning floors, walls and hood vents as directed
• Cleaning and maintaining all small wares and equipment in the kitchen
• Ensuring that set-up and break-down tasks are completed to standard
• Ensuring that all local and state laws are followed as related to the service of food and the BOH facility in general Buzz Hospitality Inc.
