Maintain sanitation by cleaning workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas regularly. Support catering and banquet events by organizing supplies and ensuring timely setup and cleanup. Help with bussing tables and clearing plates during service to enhance guest satisfaction. Follow food handling safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of basic food handling, cleaning procedures, and kitchen safety standards. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues. Experience with food preparation, catering setups, or banquet service is a plus.
