This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to develop culinary skills, support kitchen operations, and contribute to a welcoming hospitality experience. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and supporting the overall flow of food service activities. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about hospitality, this role is perfect for you! Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning food items under supervision. Support catering and banquet events by setting up serving stations and clearing after service. Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and dining spaces to promote a hygienic environment. Buss tables and assist serving staff during busy service periods to enhance guest experience. Support kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks as needed to ensure timely food delivery. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation protocols. Experience with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills. Familiarity with cleaning procedures for kitchen equipment and dining areas. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues. Previous experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus but not required.
