In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, assisting with food service, and supporting the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards. Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a seamless flow of service during busy hours. Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, or organizing ingredients when needed. Support catering and banquet events by providing timely bussing and setup assistance. Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and restocking supplies. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service. Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen procedures. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and cleaning procedures. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts. Experience with bussing tables, food preparation, or banquet service is a plus. Familiarity with catering or hotel service environments is advantageous but not mandatory. A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
