Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Preparation Worker to join our culinary team. This role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, catering, or restaurant settings and possess a strong commitment to food safety and quality standards. Duties Assist with food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, mixing, and assembling ingredients Support cooking processes under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers Buss tables and ensure dining areas are clean and organized Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations Help with catering setups for events such as banquets or special functions Follow food handling safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Support serving staff during meal service as needed Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies in the kitchen Experience Previous experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments is preferred Experience with food preparation, cooking, or banquet service is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or event venues is beneficial Prior kitchen experience including culinary training or hotel culinary programs is advantageous This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the culinary arts and dedicated to providing excellent service in a dynamic environment.
