Flexible shifts, no late nights.

Main Job Responsibilities:

Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine. Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to the line and other areas of storage. Wash pots, and utensils by hand with specified soap. Sweep kitchen floors, ensure kitchen floor is sanitized and take trash out. Mop the dish room, and the stock room Adhere to all sanitation and safety standards. Assist with all other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager and the Dinning Room Manager.
